Abstract Deadline: March 31, 2010 (for Abstract book /Supplement of The FEBS Journal)

Publication

Abstracts will be published in the Book of Abstracts, on condition that the presenting author has a paid registration for the conference. The Book of Abstracts will be given to all delegates attending the conference upon registration in Gothenburg.

Submission Instructions

• Abstracts should be submitted electronically via the conference website no later than March 31, 2010 to be included in the Book of Abstracts.

• Abstracts cannot be submitted by fax, hard copy or e-mail.

• Acknowledgement of receipt of the submission will be sent to the stated e-mail address. If you do not receive the confirmatory e-mail within 24 hours, please contact us at: febsabstract@congrex.com

• Notification on acceptance of the abstracts will be e-mailed end of April 2010.

• The presenting author will receive all correspondence concerning the abstract and is responsible for informing the other authors of the status of the abstract.

• Abstracts must be written in English.

• Maximum 250 words / 1700 characters (including spaces and excluding title and contact information on authors).

• It is the author's responsibility to submit a correct abstract; any errors in spelling, grammar, or scientific fact will be reproduced as typed by the author.

• The presenting author will have access to the abstract after the submission via an On-line Personal Page. Please check correct uploading of the abstract on your Personal Page.

When your abstract is submitted you can follow the progress of your abstract on-line by entering your Personal Page.

Your Personal Page makes it possible for you to:

- make changes until the submission deadline
- read and print your abstract

You will be able to access your Personal Page by entering your unique user ID and password indicated in the attached file received in the confirmatory email after submission.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTER PRESENTATION

Location

The poster exhibition will be placed in direct connection to the conference rooms and the exhibition area. Your poster board will be marked with your Poster number. This number will remain the same in the supplement of The FEBS Journal.

Poster mounting

You are asked to mount your poster on June 26 from 12.00 to June 27. Your poster will be on display throughout the conference. Make sure to remove all poster-mounting materials from the board after the conference. The Congress staff will remove posters not taken down on time. However, the Congress Organizers cannot ensure any further responsibility for the material.

Poster material

The size of your poster board is 120x90 cm (height x width) and will be marked with your poster number. Hanging material for the poster boards will be provided onsite.
